In 1993, when the Indian music scene was getting a make over by a revolutionary called A.R. Rahman, there was no pause button to the flow of magic. The song 'July matham vanthal' from the movie Pudhiya Mugam redefined the use of guitar in modern Indian music. It was rendered brilliantly by my guru Prasanna sir! My wife and I decided to give it a small twist by replicating the first interlude with Veena and Guitar. Do share it if you enjoy it.
